BumpIn Services

BumpIn provides a range of services for both online and offline interaction between people and content on the Internet. Through its Software, BumpIn also provides links to third-party websites ("External Sites") as part of its service. These External Sites are managed by third-parties who are not affiliated with BumpIn and BumpIn is liable of no action by these External Sites.

Subject to the Terms of Use, BumpIn hereby grants you and you hereby accept, a nonexclusive, non-transferable license to use the software (the Software). The nonexclusive non-transferable license granted herein is for use of the Software only subject to the following conditions:

  • The software is for you personal use, please do not share it with any third party for use, development or publication of products.
  • We made the software, you are not allowed to copy it. You shall not deocompile, reverse-engineer, adapt or modify the software or our service, nor create any derivates from products of BumpIn.
  • You are not allowed to access the BumpIn interaction services by anything other than BumpIn software. Use of robots, trolls or any other form of automated agents to access BumpIn services will constitute a breach of the Terms of use.
  • In case of a breach of the Terms of Use, your right to use the Services and Software of BumpIn will automatically terminate.
  • In addition to the above, we may also refuse service to anyone at any time at our discretion.


In addition to the above, we wanted to also make you aware of the standard Terms of use for Web-based services, which also apply to BumpIn Services and Software. We do not hold screen names and We are not liable if Your screen name is deleted for non-use.

If you decide to use the BumpIn Software and Services, You agree that you are doing so at your own discretion and risk. Any loss or damage to third-party software or systems are not a responsibility of BumpIn.

Limitation of liability

BumpIn is in no event liable to any user because of any use or misuse of the BumpIn Software and Services.
